W&W owner Chris Kohtz brought a lifetime of media and broadcast management, staff development, local food cooperative board leadership and a love of good, farm-to-table food together to launch the business on January 2nd, 2014.

Inspired by visits to London and several great cheese shops, Chris started a cheese blog to educate himself about artisan and farmstead cheeses. Through travelling the country and networking, a plan came together for what would become W&W. 

Through focusing on customer service, quality selections and listening to the needs of the local community, he hopes to build W&W into an essential business in the community.
